Fulton Residents Find Calling in Africa

A small group from Fulton, Missouri visited Kibungo Rwanda in June. While there, they attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the Children's and Mothers' Health Center that the community of Fulton (Callaway County) Missouri made possible.
